Tosefta su Bikkurim 1:8
הִפְרִישׁ בִּכּוּרָיו, נִבְזְזוּ, נָמַקּוּ, נִגְנְבוּ, אָבְדוּ, אוֹ שֶׁנִּטְמְאוּ, מֵבִיא אֲחֵרִים תַּחְתֵּיהֶם וְאֵינוֹ קוֹרֵא. וְהַשְּׁנִיִּים אֵינָם חַיָּבִים עֲלֵיהֶם חֹמֶשׁ. נִטְמְאוּ בָעֲזָרָה, נוֹפֵץ וְאֵינוֹ קוֹרֵא:
Uno che ha designato il proprio Bikkurim [e quindi] sono stati saccheggiati o marciotti o rubati o persi o sono diventati ritualmente impuri, uno poi porta gli altri al loro posto e non recita. I secondi non sono obbligati nel Chomesh [la penalità di un quinto ulteriore aggiunta al rimborso di uno che ha accidentalmente mangiato cibo santificato]. Se diventano ritualmente impuri nel cortile del Tempio, vengono distrutti e non si recita.
Tosefta Bikkurim
Rabbi Yehuda says, until [he brings them] to the Be'er HaGolah (per Lieberman, an area on the perimeter of the Temple Courtyard), he remains obligated in the responsibility [of bringing first fruits]. From [the point that he brings the fruit to] the Be'er HaGolah, he is no longer obligated in the responsibility. Rabbi Shimon ben Yehuda says in the name of Rabbi Shimon, as for one who must replace [the first fruits if they were robbed or rotted (see Bikkurim 1:8)], he is not liable [to pay an extra] fifth in addition to [the replacement].
