Tosefta sur Bikkurim 1:8
הִפְרִישׁ בִּכּוּרָיו, נִבְזְזוּ, נָמַקּוּ, נִגְנְבוּ, אָבְדוּ, אוֹ שֶׁנִּטְמְאוּ, מֵבִיא אֲחֵרִים תַּחְתֵּיהֶם וְאֵינוֹ קוֹרֵא. וְהַשְּׁנִיִּים אֵינָם חַיָּבִים עֲלֵיהֶם חֹמֶשׁ. נִטְמְאוּ בָעֲזָרָה, נוֹפֵץ וְאֵינוֹ קוֹרֵא:
Celui qui a désigné son Bikkurim [et ensuite] ils ont été pillés ou pourris ou ont été volés ou perdus ou sont devenus rituellement impurs, on en amène alors les autres à leur place et ne récite pas. Les seconds ne sont pas obligés dans le Chomesh [la pénalité d'un cinquième supplémentaire ajoutée au remboursement de celui qui a accidentellement mangé de la nourriture sanctifiée]. S'ils sont rituellement impurs dans la cour du Temple, ils sont détruits et on ne récite pas.
Tosefta Bikkurim
Rabbi Yehuda says, until [he brings them] to the Be'er HaGolah (per Lieberman, an area on the perimeter of the Temple Courtyard), he remains obligated in the responsibility [of bringing first fruits]. From [the point that he brings the fruit to] the Be'er HaGolah, he is no longer obligated in the responsibility. Rabbi Shimon ben Yehuda says in the name of Rabbi Shimon, as for one who must replace [the first fruits if they were robbed or rotted (see Bikkurim 1:8)], he is not liable [to pay an extra] fifth in addition to [the replacement].
