עֲפַר חוּצָה לָאָרֶץ שֶׁבָּא בִסְפִינָה לָאָרֶץ, חַיֶּבֶת בַּמַּעַשְׂרוֹת וּבַשְּׁבִיעִית. אָמַר רַבִּי יְהוּדָה, אֵימָתַי, בִּזְמַן שֶׁהַסְּפִינָה גוֹשֶׁשֶׁת. עִסָּה שֶׁנִּלּוֹשָׁה בְמֵי פֵרוֹת, חַיֶּבֶת בַּחַלָּה, וְנֶאֱכֶלֶת בְּיָדַיִם מְסוֹאָבוֹת:
Si la terre de l'extérieur de la Terre est arrivée dans la Terre sur un bateau, les [produits issus de cette terre] sont soumis aux lois de Ma'aserot [dîmes] et à l'année sabbatique. Rabbi Yehuda dit, à quel moment cela s'applique-t-il? Lorsque le bateau touche le sol. La pâte qui a été pétrie avec du jus de fruit est obligatoire dans la Challah , et elle peut être mangée avec des mains non lavées.
Tosefta Terumot
[If] a ship comes from outside the Land and had in it produce: from the string to the inside, if it is skimming [the sea floor], it is liable (see Gitt. 7b:7), according to the calculation, and [if its from the string to] the outside, [it is considered] outside the Land, and [the produce] is not liable according to the calculation. Rabbi Eliezer says, any amount of dust from the Land of Israel is liable according to the calculation.
