שְׁתֵּי מִדּוֹת שֶׁל יָבֵשׁ הָיוּ בַמִּקְדָּשׁ, עִשָּׂרוֹן, וַחֲצִי עִשָּׂרוֹן. רַבִּי מֵאִיר אוֹמֵר, עִשָּׂרוֹן, עִשָּׂרוֹן, וַחֲצִי עִשָּׂרוֹן. עִשָּׂרוֹן מֶה הָיָה מְשַׁמֵּשׁ, שֶׁבּוֹ הָיָה מוֹדֵד לְכָל הַמְּנָחוֹת. לֹא הָיָה מוֹדֵד, לֹא בְשֶׁל שְׁלשָׁה לְפַר, וְלֹא בְשֶׁל שְׁנַיִם לְאַיִל, אֶלָּא מוֹדְדָן עֶשְׂרוֹנוֹת. חֲצִי עִשָּׂרוֹן מֶה הָיָה מְשַׁמֵּשׁ, שֶׁבּוֹ הָיָה מוֹדֵד חֲבִתֵּי כֹהֵן גָּדוֹל, מֶחֱצָה בַּבֹּקֶר וּמֶחֱצָה בֵּין הָעַרְבָּיִם:
Había dos medidas en el Templo: el issaron [una medida específica de volumen] y el half-issaron . El rabino Meir dice: el issaron , [otro] issaron y medio issaron . ¿Para qué sirvió la medida issaron ? Utilizándolo mediría todas las ofrendas de granos. No mediría con una medida de tres issaron para un toro o con una medida de dos issaron para un carnero, más bien, ellos medirían por esronot . ¿Para qué sirvió la medida de media emisión ? Utilizándolo, mediría las planchas del sumo sacerdote, la mitad de la mañana y la otra mitad de la tarde.

But produce sown in a Sabbatical is forbidden; the leftover of the flour could not be consumed.?
