Tosefta zu Peah 8:3

נֶאֱמָנִין עַל הַחִטִּים, וְאֵין נֶאֱמָנִין עַל הַקֶּמַח וְלֹא עַל הַפָּת. נֶאֱמָנִין עַל הַשְּׂעוֹרָה שֶׁל אֹרֶז, וְאֵין נֶאֱמָנִין עָלָיו בֵּין חַי בֵּין מְבֻשָּׁל. נֶאֱמָנִין עַל הַפּוֹל, וְאֵין נֶאֱמָנִין עַל הַגְּרִיסִין, לֹא חַיִּים וְלֹא מְבֻשָּׁלִין. נֶאֱמָנִין עַל הַשֶּׁמֶן לוֹמַר שֶׁל מַעְשַׂר עָנִי הוּא, וְאֵין נֶאֱמָנִין עָלָיו לוֹמַר שֶׁל זֵיתֵי נִקּוּף הוּא:

[Armen] Menschen wird in Bezug auf Weizen vertraut, aber ihnen wird nicht in Bezug auf Mehl und nicht in Bezug auf Brot vertraut. [Armen] Menschen wird in Bezug auf Reis auf dem Stiel vertraut, aber nicht in Bezug auf ihn [den Reis selbst], ob roh oder gekocht. [Armen] Menschen wird in Bezug auf Bohnen vertraut, aber nicht in Bezug auf Grütze, ob roh oder gekocht. [Armen] Menschen wird in Bezug auf Öl vertraut, um zu sagen, dass es Ma'aser Ani ist , aber es wird nicht vertraut, dass es Nikuf ist [die letzten Oliven, die von den Armen abgeschüttelt wurden].

Tosefta Peah

Rabbi Yehudah says, [with respect to] a place (i.e., a vineyard) that typically produces Olelet (defective clusters), a poor person [selling wine in a location near the vineyard] is believed to say, "This wine is from Olelet" and that he gathered it as part of his gathering. [If he said,] "I and my brother," or "I and my close relative [gathered these grapes]" [he is also believed], but he is not believed to say "From such-and-such Gentile I bought it," [or] "From such-and-such a Samaritan man I bought it." The poor among the Samaritans are like the poor among the Jews [in this respect], but the poor among the Gentiles are not believed in any matter.
