תְּבוּאָה שֶׁנִּתְּנָה לְשַׁחַת אוֹ לַאֲלֻמָּה, וְכֵן בַּאֲגֻדֵּי הַשּׁוּם, וַאֲגֻדּוֹת הַשּׁוּם וְהַבְּצָלִים, אֵין לָהֶן שִׁכְחָה. וְכָל הַטְּמוּנִים בָּאָרֶץ, כְּגוֹן הַלּוּף וְהַשּׁוּם וְהַבְּצָלִים, רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר, אֵין לָהֶם שִׁכְחָה. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים, יֵשׁ לָהֶם שִׁכְחָה:
Grãos destinados à alimentação animal ou para a ligação de [outros grãos nas roldanas] - e da mesma forma para grandes feixes de alho ou feixes menores de alho e cebola - estes não estão [sujeitos à lei de] Shikhechah . E qualquer coisa que [cresça] oculta na terra, como alho e cebola luf [Arum palaestinum], o rabino Yehuda diz: Eles não estão [sujeitos a] Shikhechah ; t] os Sábios dizem: Eles estão [sujeitos a] Shikhechah .
Mishnah Peah
The following divide a field for peah: a stream, a pool, a private road, a public road, a public path, a private path in constant use in summer and the rainy season, fallow land, a plowed field and a different seed. One who harvested for animal fodder, [the plot] serves divides, the words of Rabbi Meir. But the sages say: it does not stop for peah unless it is plowed.
