הַקָּרַחַת וְהַגַּבַּחַת מִטַּמְּאוֹת בִּשְׁנֵי שָׁבוּעוֹת, וּבִשְׁנֵי סִימָנִין, בְּמִחְיָה וּבְפִשְׂיוֹן. בְּמִחְיָה, בַּתְּחִלָּה, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ רִאשׁוֹן, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ שֵׁנִי, לְאַחַר הַפְּטוּר. וּבְפִסְיוֹן, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ רִאשׁוֹן, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ שֵׁנִי, וּלְאַחַר הַפְּטוּר. וּמִטַּמְּאוֹת בִּשְׁנֵי שָׁבוּעוֹת, שֶׁהֵן שְׁלשָׁה עָשָׂר יוֹם:
A calvície posterior ou frontal é tornada impura após duas semanas ou através de dois sinais: uma mancha curada [de pele] ou expansão. Em relação a um adesivo curado, [ele é impuro] inicialmente, após a primeira semana [de quarentena], após a segunda semana [ou] após a isenção. E em relação à expansão, após a primeira semana, após a segunda semana, [ou] após a isenção. E eles são impuros depois de duas semanas [no máximo], que são [na verdade] treze dias.

English Explanation of Mishnah Negaim
"By quick flesh," in the beginning, at the end of the first week, at the end of the second week, or after they have been pronounced clean.
"Or by a spreading," at the end of the first week, at the end of the second week, or after they have been pronounced clean.
They become unclean for two weeks which are only thirteen days.
