Talmud do Kilajim 6:2

עָרִיס שֶׁהוּא יוֹצֵא מִן הַמַּדְרֵגָה, רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר בֶּן יַעֲקֹב אוֹמֵר, אִם עוֹמֵד בָּאָרֶץ וּבוֹצֵר אֶת כֻּלּוֹ, הֲרֵי זֶה אוֹסֵר אַרְבַּע אַמּוֹת בַּשָּׂדֶה, וְאִם לָאו, אֵינוֹ אוֹסֵר אֶלָּא כְנֶגְדּוֹ. רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר אוֹמֵר, אַף הַנּוֹטֵעַ אַחַת בָּאָרֶץ וְאַחַת בַּמַּדְרֵגָה, אִם גָּבוֹהַּ מִן הָאָרֶץ עֲשָׂרָה טְפָחִים, אֵינָהּ מִצְטָרֶפֶת עִמָּהּ, וְאִם לָאו, הֲרֵי זוֹ מִצְטָרֶפֶת עִמָּהּ:

Aris , który wystaje z tarasem [zbudowany na wzgórzu stronie i wisi nad polem pod nim], rabin Eliezer ben Jakub mówi: Jeśli ktoś stojący na ziemi [w polu poniżej] może odebrać to wszystko [winogrona] zakazuje [siać] na cztery łokcie na polu. Ale jeśli nie [nie może ich zbierać z pola], to zabrania tylko [siewu] tego, co jest bezpośrednio pod nim. Rabin Eliezer mówi: Podobnie, jeśli sadzi się jednego na ziemi, a drugiego na tarasie, jeśli [taras] jest na dziesięć szerokości dłoni nad ziemią, to nie łączy się z nią. Rebbi Simeon and Rebbi Eliezer ben Jacob said the same thing since Rebbi Samuel bar Naḥman, Rebbi Jonathan, said in the name of Rebbi Eliezer ben Jacob⁸⁰Kilaim 6:2, Note 23. Since R. Eliezer ben Jacob states that a trunk sticking out from the ground less than a hand-breadth is forbidden as orlah only by rabbinic decree, it follows that R. Simeon in the Mishnah also treats the prohibition of ploughing before the Sabbatical year as rabbinic. Otherwise, he and R. Eliezer ben Jacob would not say the same thing.: He who prunes his vineyard down to less than a hand-breadth is subject to the rules of orlah because of the bad appearance. The Sages say, only if he prunes down to the ground.
