הַכֹּל מִטַּמְּאִין בְּזִיבָה, אַף הַגֵּרִים, אַף הָעֲבָדִים, בֵּין מְשֻׁחְרָרִין בֵּין שֶׁאֵינָן מְשֻׁחְרָרִין, חֵרֵשׁ, שׁוֹטֶה, וְקָטָן, סְרִיס אָדָם, סְרִיס חַמָּה. טֻמְטוּם וְאַנְדְּרוֹגִינוֹס, נוֹתְנִין עֲלֵיהֶן חֻמְרֵי הָאִישׁ וְחֻמְרֵי הָאִשָּׁה, מִטַּמְּאִין בְּדָם כָּאִשָּׁה וּבְלֹבֶן כָּאִישׁ, וְטֻמְאָתָן בְּסָפֵק:

Tutte le [persone] sono rese impure attraverso una scarica di zivah , persino convertite, persino schiave, siano esse emancipate o non emancipate, una sordomuta, una persona mentalmente carente, un bambino, un eunuco [reso reso impotente] dall'uomo o da un eunuco dal tempo di vedere il sole [dalla nascita]. [Per quanto riguarda] un tumtum [persona di genere incerto], o un androgino [Uno che possiede organi sessuali sia maschili che femminili], imponiamo loro i rigori dell'uomo e i rigori di una donna; si rendono impuri attraverso il sangue [delle mestruazioni] come una donna e attraverso una sostanza simile all'uovo [seme] come un uomo, ma la loro impurità rimane in dubbio.

Tosefta Bikkurim

The ways in which he is like men: He imparts impurity with white discharge like men. He marries but is not married (נישא not נושא), like men. And he may not seclude himself with women, like men. And he is not provided sustenance (ניזון not נתזן) along with [a person's] daughters, like men. And he does not [permit himself to] become impure by the dead, like men (i.e., male priests). He is subject to transgressing the prohibition against "rounding off [the corners of the head]" (Lev. 19:27) and [if he is a priest] he is subject to transgressing the prohibition against "defiling oneself with the dead" (Lev. 21:1), like men, and he is liable for performing all the commandments in the Torah, like men.
