הַקָּרַחַת וְהַגַּבַּחַת מִטַּמְּאוֹת בִּשְׁנֵי שָׁבוּעוֹת, וּבִשְׁנֵי סִימָנִין, בְּמִחְיָה וּבְפִשְׂיוֹן. בְּמִחְיָה, בַּתְּחִלָּה, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ רִאשׁוֹן, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ שֵׁנִי, לְאַחַר הַפְּטוּר. וּבְפִסְיוֹן, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ רִאשׁוֹן, בְּסוֹף שָׁבוּעַ שֵׁנִי, וּלְאַחַר הַפְּטוּר. וּמִטַּמְּאוֹת בִּשְׁנֵי שָׁבוּעוֹת, שֶׁהֵן שְׁלשָׁה עָשָׂר יוֹם:
La calvizie posteriore o la calvizie frontale sono rese impure dopo due settimane o attraverso due segni: un cerotto [di pelle] guarito, o espansione. Per quanto riguarda una patch guarita, [è resa impura] inizialmente, dopo la prima settimana [di quarantena], dopo la seconda settimana [o] dopo l'esenzione. E per quanto riguarda l'espansione, dopo la prima settimana, dopo la seconda settimana, [o] dopo l'esenzione. E sono resi impuri dopo due settimane [massimo], che sono [in realtà] tredici giorni.

English Explanation of Mishnah Negaim
"By quick flesh," in the beginning, at the end of the first week, at the end of the second week, or after they have been pronounced clean.
"Or by a spreading," at the end of the first week, at the end of the second week, or after they have been pronounced clean.
They become unclean for two weeks which are only thirteen days.
