Talmud sur Sotah 1:3

וְאֵלּוּ אֲסוּרוֹת מִלֶּאֱכֹל בַּתְּרוּמָה, הָאוֹמֶרֶת טְמֵאָה אֲנִי לְךָ, וְשֶׁבָּאוּ עֵדִים שֶׁהִיא טְמֵאָה, וְהָאוֹמֶרֶת אֵינִי שׁוֹתָה, וְשֶׁבַּעְלָהּ אֵינוֹ רוֹצֶה לְהַשְׁקוֹתָהּ, וְשֶׁבַּעְלָהּ בָּא עָלֶיהָ בַדֶּרֶךְ. כֵּיצַד עוֹשֶׂה לָהּ, מוֹלִיכָהּ לְבֵית דִּין שֶׁבְּאוֹתוֹ מָקוֹם, וּמוֹסְרִין לוֹ שְׁנֵי תַלְמִידֵי חֲכָמִים, שֶׁמָּא יָבֹא עָלֶיהָ בַּדֶּרֶךְ. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר, בַּעְלָהּ נֶאֱמָן עָלֶיהָ:

Et il est interdit à ces [femmes] de manger Terumah : celle qui dit "Je suis impure pour vous"; une pour qui des témoins ont déclaré qu'elle était impure; celui qui dit "Je ne boirai pas [les eaux amères]"; celle dont le mari ne veut pas lui faire boire [les eaux amères]; celui dont le mari avait des relations avec elle sur le chemin [à la cour où la cérémonie de Sotah serait célébrée]. Et comment agit-il envers elle? Il l'amène à la cour qui est dans cet endroit, et ils lui assignent deux savants sages, de peur qu'il n'ait des relations avec elle en chemin. Rabbi Yehudah dit: son mari a confiance en elle.

And even a minor. Rebbi Immi in the name of Rebbi Joshua ben Levi: Even a minor, even a relative. Even an underage relative? Let us hear from the following: Ḥananiah from Cartes¹⁷²In the parallel in the Babli, 27b, the story is told by a R. Ḥanina from Carthage (or Carthagena). was kidnapped, he, his son, and his wife. They came before Rebbi Ḥanina who did not receive them. They came before Rebbi Joshua ben Levi who received them¹⁷³He let the husband, a Cohen, stay married to his wife on the testimony of his own underage son. The Babli disagrees, 27b, and admits the testimony of children and family slaves only if given spontaneously, without being asked; certainly not in the court of a rabbi.. This implies, even an underage relative.
