Talmud sobre Sotá 1:3

וְאֵלּוּ אֲסוּרוֹת מִלֶּאֱכֹל בַּתְּרוּמָה, הָאוֹמֶרֶת טְמֵאָה אֲנִי לְךָ, וְשֶׁבָּאוּ עֵדִים שֶׁהִיא טְמֵאָה, וְהָאוֹמֶרֶת אֵינִי שׁוֹתָה, וְשֶׁבַּעְלָהּ אֵינוֹ רוֹצֶה לְהַשְׁקוֹתָהּ, וְשֶׁבַּעְלָהּ בָּא עָלֶיהָ בַדֶּרֶךְ. כֵּיצַד עוֹשֶׂה לָהּ, מוֹלִיכָהּ לְבֵית דִּין שֶׁבְּאוֹתוֹ מָקוֹם, וּמוֹסְרִין לוֹ שְׁנֵי תַלְמִידֵי חֲכָמִים, שֶׁמָּא יָבֹא עָלֶיהָ בַּדֶּרֶךְ. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר, בַּעְלָהּ נֶאֱמָן עָלֶיהָ:

Y estas [mujeres] tienen prohibido comer Terumah : una que dice "Soy impuro para ti"; uno para quien los testigos declararon que ella era impura; uno que dice "No beberé [las aguas amargas]"; uno cuyo esposo no desea hacerla beber [las aguas amargas]; uno cuyo esposo tuvo relaciones con ella en el camino [a la corte donde se realizaría la ceremonia Sotah]. ¿Y cómo actúa él hacia ella? La lleva a la corte que está en ese lugar, y le asignan dos sabios sabios, para que no tenga relaciones con ella en el camino. El rabino Yehudah dice: su esposo es de confianza con respecto a ella.

Let us hear from the following: Ḥananiah from Cartes¹⁷²In the parallel in the Babli, 27b, the story is told by a R. Ḥanina from Carthage (or Carthagena). was kidnapped, he, his son, and his wife. They came before Rebbi Ḥanina who did not receive them. They came before Rebbi Joshua ben Levi who received them¹⁷³He let the husband, a Cohen, stay married to his wife on the testimony of his own underage son. The Babli disagrees, 27b, and admits the testimony of children and family slaves only if given spontaneously, without being asked; certainly not in the court of a rabbi.. This implies, even an underage relative.
