שׁוֹתִים עַל הַגַּת, בֵּין עַל הַחַמִּין בֵּין עַל הַצּוֹנֵן פָּטוּר, דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי מֵאִיר. רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר בְּרַבִּי צָדוֹק מְחַיֵּב. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים, עַל הַחַמִּין חַיָּב, וְעַל הַצּוֹנֵן פָּטוּר:

Uno puede beber [vino] del lagar, ya sea [está mezclado] con agua caliente o fría, y estar exento [de los diezmos], las palabras del rabino Meir. El rabino Eliezer bar Zadok requiere [que diezme]. Pero los Sabios dicen: con agua caliente se le exige [diezmar], pero con agua fría, está exento.
