הַמַּרְבֶּה בִּתְרוּמָה, רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר אוֹמֵר, אֶחָד מֵעֲשָׂרָה, כִּתְרוּמַת מַעֲשֵׂר, יָתֵר מִכָּאן, יַעֲשֶׂנָּה תְּרוּמַת מַעֲשֵׂר לְמָקוֹם אַחֵר. רַבִּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל אוֹמֵר, מֶחֱצָה חֻלִּין וּמֶחֱצָה תְּרוּמָה. רַבִּי טַרְפוֹן וְרַבִּי עֲקִיבָא אוֹמְרִים, עַד שֶׁיְּשַׁיֵּר שָׁם חֻלִּין:

Einer, der mehr Terumah gibt : Rabbi Eliezer sagt: [er kann bis zu] einen von zehn geben, wie im Fall von Terumat Ma'aser [ein Teil des Zehnten, der dem Priester gegeben wird]. [Wenn er] mehr als das gab, muss er Terumat Ma'aser für andere Produkte herstellen. Rabbi Yishmael sagt: [er kann aufgeben, bis die Mischung ist] halb Chulin [nicht heiliges Produkt] und halb Terumah . Rabbi Tarfon und Rabbi Akiva sagen: [er darf geben], solange der Name Chulin noch übrig ist .

Tosefta Terumot

The measurement of terumah: Beit Shammai say, one with a good eye (i.e., a generous person) gives one in thirty, the average person gives one in forty, and the wicked person gives one in fifty. Beit Hillel say, one with a good eye gives one in forty, the average person gives one in fifty, and the wicked person gives one in sixty. (See Ter. 4:3.) Rabbi Yishmael says, [he may separate] half chullin (unconsecrated produce) and half terumah (Ter. 4:5) as long as the chullin is of greater quantity than the terumah [!].
