הַמְקַדֵּשׁ אֶת הָאִשָּׁה עַל מְנָת שֶׁאֵין עָלֶיהָ נְדָרִים וְנִמְצְאוּ עָלֶיהָ נְדָרִים, אֵינָהּ מְקֻדֶּשֶׁת. כְּנָסָהּ סְתָם וְנִמְצְאוּ עָלֶיהָ נְדָרִים, תֵּצֵא שֶׁלֹּא בִכְתֻבָּה. עַל מְנָת שֶׁאֵין עָלֶיהָ מוּמִין וְנִמְצְאוּ בָהּ מוּמִין, אֵינָהּ מְקֻדֶּשֶׁת. כְּנָסָהּ סְתָם וְנִמְצְאוּ בָהּ מוּמִין, תֵּצֵא שֶׁלֹּא בִכְתֻבָּה. כָּל הַמּוּמִין הַפּוֹסְלִים בַּכֹּהֲנִים, פּוֹסְלִים בַּנָּשִׁים:
Wenn man eine Frau verlobt, unter der Bedingung, dass sie keine (ausstehenden) Gelübde abgelegt hat und festgestellt wurde, dass sie Gelübde abgelegt hat, wird sie nicht verlobt. Wenn er sie ohne Qualifikation heiratete und sie Gelübde ablegte, geht sie ohne Kethuba aus [denn er kann behaupten: "Ich will keine gelobte Frau." Aber sie braucht wegen Zweifels ein Get. Denn da er keine Bedingungen (in seiner Verlobung) gemacht hat, ist es möglich, dass er sich auch einer gelobten Frau hingibt.] (Wenn er sie verlobte) unter der Bedingung, dass sie keine Schönheitsfehler hatte und festgestellt wurde, dass sie Schönheitsfehler hat, ist sie es nicht verlobt. Wenn er sie ohne Qualifikation heiratete und festgestellt wurde, dass sie Schönheitsfehler hatte, geht sie ohne Kethuba aus. Alle Fehler, die bei Cohanim disqualifizieren [siehe Kethuvoth 75a], disqualifizieren bei Frauen.
Tosefta Ketubot
A man who betroths a wife with the understanding that she has no [standing] vows [that she needs to fulfil], but it turns out that she does have vows—she is not betrothed. If she went to a sage who released her from the vow—then she is betrothed. If he brought her in[to his house, i.e. they got married] without stipulation [that she had or didn't have vows], and it turns out that she has vows—she goes out without her ketubah. If she went to sage who released the vow, then [the ketubah] would stand. [If he betrothed her] with the understanding that she has no physical defects [but it turns out that she does]—she is not betrothed. If she went to a doctor and he healed her—she is betrothed. If he brought her in without stipulation but it turns out that she does have defects, she goes out she is not betrothed; even though she went to the doctor and he healed her, she leaves without her ketubah. These are the vows they were talking about: E.g. she vowed to not eat meat, to not drink wine, or to not dress in dyed clothes.

Tosefta Ketubot
All physical defects that make a priest unfit also make a wife unfit [i.e. if she didn't disclose them in the betrothal negotiations, she is not betrothed, see previous halakhah]. Wives have more [than priests]: [Also] smell of mouth, smell of sweat, and warts with no hair.
