פֵּרוֹת חוּצָה לָאָרֶץ שֶׁנִּכְנְסוּ לָאָרֶץ, חַיָּבִים בַּחַלָּה. יָצְאוּ מִכָּאן לְשָׁם, רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר מְחַיֵּב, וְרַבִּי עֲקִיבָא פּוֹטֵר:
Produkte von außerhalb des Landes [Israels], die in das Land gekommen sind, sind in Challah [einem Teil einer Partie Brotteig, der einem Kohen (Priester, Pl. Kohanim ) gegeben wird, verpflichtet, der bei der Trennung heilig wird und nur sein kann von Kohanim oder ihrem Haushalt konsumiert ]. Wenn es von hier [Israel] nach dort [außerhalb des Landes] ging; Rabbi Eliezer verpflichtet einen [in Challah ], während Rabbi Akiva einen befreit.
Tosefta Terumot
[If] a ship comes from outside the Land and had in it produce: from the string to the inside, if it is skimming [the sea floor], it is liable (see Gitt. 7b:7), according to the calculation, and [if its from the string to] the outside, [it is considered] outside the Land, and [the produce] is not liable according to the calculation. Rabbi Eliezer says, any amount of dust from the Land of Israel is liable according to the calculation.
