מִשֶּׁנִּטַּל הָאָרוֹן, אֶבֶן הָיְתָה שָׁם מִימוֹת נְבִיאִים רִאשׁוֹנִים, וּשְׁתִיָּה הָיְתָה נִקְרֵאת, גְּבוֹהָה מִן הָאָרֶץ שָׁלשׁ אֶצְבָּעוֹת, וְעָלֶיהָ הָיָה נוֹתֵן:
После снятия ковчега (при разрушении первого Храма) —там был камень (во святом святых), со времен первых пророков, "шефий", по имени [так называемый, потому что мир был основан ("ништат") от него Лордом. "shethiyah" = "фундамент".] Он был на три пальца выше земли, а над ним он поставил (угольную чашу).
