אֵין נוֹתְנִין דְּבֵלָה וּגְרוֹגָרוֹת לְתוֹךְ הַמּוּרְיָס, מִפְּנֵי שֶׁהוּא מְאַבְּדָן, אֲבָל נוֹתְנִין אֶת הַיַּיִן לַמּוּרְיָס. וְאֵין מְפַטְּמִין אֶת הַשֶּׁמֶן, אֲבָל עוֹשִׂין אֶת הַיַּיִן יֵנוּמְלִין. אֵין מְבַשְּׁלִין יַיִן שֶׁל תְּרוּמָה, מִפְּנֵי שֶׁהוּא מַמְעִיטוֹ. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה מַתִּיר, מִפְּנֵי שֶׁהוּא מַשְׁבִּיחוֹ:

Нельзя класть пирог из прессованного инжира или сушеный инжир [то есть Терума , производят освященные для священнического потребления] в рассол рыбы, поскольку он разрушает их. Но можно положить вино Терума в рыбный рассол. Можно не приправлять масло [ Terumah ], но можно положить в вино мед и перец. Можно не готовить вино Terumah , потому что оно уменьшает его. Рабби Иегуда разрешает это, потому что это улучшает его.

MISHNAH: Fish sauce²⁰⁶Latin muries; this also might have been made with wine, even though using only salt and water is cheaper., cheese²⁶⁹The reasons for prohibiting Gentile cheese will be discussed in the next Halakhot., and theriac²⁷⁰Greek θηριακή, scil., φάρμακα “medicines made from poisonous beasts (θηρίον)”. It is possible however that ותרײקי is an error for בתנײקי “Bithynian”, which in the Mishnah in the Babli and the independent Mishnah mss. characterizes the kind of cheese which if made by Gentiles is forbidden for usufruct; cf. Note 431. of Gentiles are forbidden and the prohibition is of usufruct, the words of Rebbi Meïr. But the Sages say, theitr prohibition is not of usufruct.
