הַקּוֹנֶה שְׁלֹשָׁה אִילָנוֹת בְּתוֹךְ שֶׁל חֲבֵרוֹ, מֵבִיא וְקוֹרֵא. רַבִּי מֵאִיר אוֹמֵר, אֲפִלּוּ שְׁנָיִם. קָנָה אִילָן וְקַרְקָעוֹ, מֵבִיא וְקוֹרֵא. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר, אַף בַּעֲלֵי אֲרִיסוּת וְחָכוֹרוֹת, מְבִיאִין וְקוֹרִין:

Chi acquista tre alberi nella proprietà di un individuo, porta e recita. Rabbino Meir dice, anche due [alberi]. Chi ha comprato l'albero e il suo terreno porta e recita. Il rabbino Judah dice che anche i mezzadri e gli affittuari portano e recitano.
