הַלּוֹקֵחַ מִן הַסִּיטוֹן וְחָזַר וְלָקַח מִמֶּנּוּ שְׁנִיָּה, לֹא יְעַשֵּׂר מִזֶּה עַל זֶה, אֲפִלּוּ מֵאוֹתוֹ הַסּוּג, אֲפִלּוּ מֵאוֹתוֹ הַמִּין. נֶאֱמָן הַסִּיטוֹן לוֹמַר, מִשֶּׁל אֶחָד הֵם:

Uno che acquista da un grossista e poi ritorna e acquista da lui una seconda volta: non può decimare da un [acquisto] per l'altro, anche se [entrambi sono] la stessa nave, anche se [entrambi sono] dalla stessa specie. Si ritiene che il grossista affermi: "Sono di un [venditore e quindi possono essere deceduti insieme]".
