רַבִּי יוֹסֵי אוֹמֵר, נוֹטְעִין יִחוּר שֶׁל עָרְלָה, וְאֵין נוֹטְעִין אֱגוֹז שֶׁל עָרְלָה, מִפְּנֵי שֶׁהוּא פְּרִי. וְאֵין מַרְכִּיבִין בְּכַפְנִיּוֹת שֶׁל עָרְלָה:

Il rabbino Yose dice che possiamo piantare un germoglio da un Orlah [albero], ma non possiamo piantare un dado da un Orlah , perché è un frutto. E non si può innestare usando i rami di palma [con le date] di un Orlah .
