The paragraph should start: Rebbi Yose ben Rebbi Abun said, he must say “ḥallah for all,” …“Ḥallah for all, heave for all.” “To YHWH,” that is the particular Name. From where that he did not do anything until he left some [as profane]? The verse says (Num. 15:21): “Of the beginning” and not all the beginning.
