הַקּוֹצֵר בַּלַּיְלָה וְהַמְעַמֵּר וְהַסּוּמָא, יֵשׁ לָהֶם שִׁכְחָה. וְאִם הָיָה מִתְכַּוֵּן לִטֹּל אֶת הַגַּס הַגַּס, אֵין לוֹ שִׁכְחָה. אִם אָמַר, הֲרֵי אֲנִי קוֹצֵר עַל מְנָת מַה שֶּׁאֲנִי שׁוֹכֵח אֲנִי אֶטֹּל, יֶשׁ לוֹ שִׁכְחָה:

El que cosecha de noche y el que hace gavillas, y también una persona ciega, están [sujetos a] Shikhechah . Y si uno pretendía tomar solo los más gruesos, es [sujeto a] Shikhechah . Si él dijo: "De hecho, estoy cosechando con la condición de que cualquier cosa que olvide olvidar tomaré", él está [sujeto a] Shikhechah .
