Talmud for Zevachim 12:5

The bulls that are burned [entirely] and the goats that are burned [entirely] - when they are burned properly, are burned in the place of ashes [outside Jerusalem], and they render clothing [worn by the one who burns them] impure. If these [offerings] are not burned properly [but became invalid], they are burned in the Beit HaBirah [on the Temple Mount] and do not render clothing impure.
