מֵאֵימָתַי מֻתָּר אָדָם לִקַּח לוּף בְּמוֹצָאֵי שְׁבִיעִית, רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר, מִיָּד. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים, מִשֶּׁיִּרְבֶּה הֶחָדָשׁ:

From when may one buy <i>Arum Palaestinum</i> after the Sabbatical year? Rabbi Yehuda says: Immediately. But the Sages say: when the new [parts of leaves] exceed [the old].
